Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Sales Consultant to join our Johannesburg branch. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a diverse customer base in the region, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in inbound and outbound sales activities including walk-ins, calls, emails, Whatsapp and Skype
• Assist clients with product-related queries, inquiries, and purchases
• Maintain and grow the existing client base by developing strong relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
• Conduct research on new and existing technology to stay informed about the latest industry trends

Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Knowledge of IT hardware/components and software is essential
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication skills
• Immediate availability
• A tertiary qualification in IT is advantageous
• Experience in IT (hardware/components) related sales is a plus
